No. Captain Max is set up and looked after for you. You don’t assemble software, write perfect prompts, or become the person who maintains it. You bring the work; we handle the system.
What happens after I buy?
You’ll get a welcome email while we prepare your workspace. Each account is set up by hand, so checkout doesn’t mean instant access—your Captain Max is usually ready within one business day. When it is, we send a separate sign-in email.
How does billing work? Can I cancel?
Captain Max is a month-to-month subscription, and you can cancel anytime. Payments aren’t refunded, so if you decide to stop, just cancel before your next billing date. You manage your card and can cancel yourself from your Stripe billing page—just sign in with the email you used at checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
Your Captain Max is paused, not deleted. If you come back later, you can pick up where you left off.
Where do I use it?
In the browser on your phone or computer. You can also install it like an app.
Do I need to connect all my tools first?
No. Start with one real piece of work and the information Max needs. Connect other tools later, when you choose and once they’ve been set up for your workspace.
Can Max see everything in my business?
No. Max works with what you share and the tools you choose to connect. It shouldn’t pretend to see information it hasn’t been given.
Do I need to be technical?
